Affiliate Program Rules & Guidelines
Introduction
Welcome to the LeadU Affiliate Program. These rules ensure the program is fair, compliant, and productive for all participants. By participating you agree to abide by the terms below.
1. Commission & Payment Terms
– Commission Rate: 10% of eligible sales.
– Cookie Duration: 30 days.
– Minimum Payout Threshold: $50.
– Payout Schedule: Monthly, processed within 10 business days of month-end via PayPal.
– Eligibility: Only completed, non-refunded purchases qualify.
2. Promotional Guidelines
– Permitted channels: personal websites, blogs, email newsletters (to opted-in lists), and social media.
– Always disclose your affiliate relationship clearly (e.g., “I may earn a commission”).
– Do not create misleading claims about products, pricing, or guarantees.
3. Prohibited Activities
– Self-referrals: Affiliates may not use their own links to generate commission.
– Spam: No unsolicited bulk messaging or posting where prohibited.
– Trademark bidding: Do not bid on “LeadU” or related branded keywords in paid search without written permission.
– Misrepresentation: No fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or impersonation.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Use
– Use only approved logos and brand assets. Contact support@leadu.ai for assets and usage rules.
– Do not alter product images or trademarks in a way that misleads.
5. Fraud & Abuse
– We may withhold commission and/or terminate accounts suspected of fraud (e.g., fake transactions, cookie stuffing, generated traffic).
– Affiliates found violating rules may be required to repay commissions already issued.
6. Termination & Changes
– We reserve the right to modify program terms, commission rates, or terminate the program at any time with notice.
– Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
