Generator — Protector — Moderator(GPM)
In the current LeadU / AGGI-POS framing:
Generator is the predispositional pattern-forming source. It generates the person’s world-model from nature-via-nurture: temperament, motives, values, bias, strengths, style, history, and adaptive patterns.
Protector is the ego/defense/coherence function. It protects identity, continuity, safety, dignity, and avoids shame, threat, embarrassment, or destabilization.
Moderator is the adaptive outer-world function. It helps regulate how the person engages CCR@VUCA, adjusts behavior, manages fit, and decides whether to adapt the world to self or adapt self to the world.
A clean shorthand:
Generator produces the pattern.
Protector guards the pattern.
Moderator adapts the pattern to the world.
You have also used GMP / G-M-P ordering in some places, but the current Class 4 wording came through as Generator, Protector, Moderator.
