Welcome Script

Module 1 begins with the foundation of ISIM: the Integrated Strategic Intention Metasystem. ISIM is both a process and a product—designed to guide purpose emergence in leaders and organizations operating under accelerating @VUCA-CCR conditions. Participants will be introduced to the four components: SLOT, Identity, Intention, and Purpose. By the end of this module, learners will understand why ISIM matters, how it integrates self-knowledge, and how it structures a generative pathway toward Purpose.

Welcome to Module 1 of Coaching AI. [Pause]

Hello again. [Pause] I’m Doctor. J, Mike Jay’s Heygen Avatar, with another great message from Mike. [Pause]

This session introduces eye SIM —the Integrated Strategic Intention Metasystem. [Pause] eye SIM is a core framework in Coaching AI: it helps transform complexity into clarity, chaos into coherence, and overwhelm into direction. [Pause]

Eye SIM integrates Self-Knowledge, Purpose-Centric Generative Leadership, and WELLTH into a structured pathway: SLOT → Identity → Intention → Purpose. [Pause] It’s both a process and a product—a one-page eye SIM navigator that orients leaders and teams forward. [Pause]

Let me explain, why eye SIM matters. In an accelerating AI world, advice decays. [Pause] So, C-A-I guidance uses a structured way of noticing, clarifying, and aligning purpose level to what is called Accelerating-Volatile-Uncertain-Complex & Ambiguous – Culture, Conditions & Requirements, or what we call @VUCA-C-C-R in short. [Pause] eye SIM uncovers what’s already present inside you and gives it objective shape and a lighted pathway. [Pause]

First step: SLOT represents Strengths, Limitations, Opportunities, Threats. [Pause] SLOT isn’t a SWOT; it’s a developmental lens that roots identity, in reality, where there are NO “weaknesses,” only limitations, which inform us to reform through our strengths. [Pause] Once SLOT is objectified with our AI partner from data we upload from our S-K Portfolio or SKIP, we move to Identity… where assumptions & beliefs, vision, values, and principles are uncovered, surfaced and clarified. [Pause]

Our Next step is designing Intention. [Pause] Here, generativity emerges—through strategic directions, key success factors, SCHMART goals, & standards which are concrete behaviors that transcribe & translate identity through causal design into practices. [Pause] Finally, Purpose emerges in a concise, dynamic statement (50 words or fewer) that integrates SLOT, Identity, and Intention, often verbatium values driving clear strategic directions. [Pause] Purpose is your compass for testing decision-making and evolves as conditions shift. [Pause]

Purpose level must match the level of task complexity, or we have problem left after applying necessary, but insufficient solutions.

In the COACHING AI Purpose Program, you and AI will construct your own ISIM Navigator or SK NAV for short. Each module in the program cues, scaffolds, supports and lifts into being one of the thirteen eye SIM components. [Pause] By Module thirteen, you will hold a personalized eye SIM reflecting who you are, what you value, and where you’re likely going to want to head and when to deviate when you have to adapt. [Pause]

In this first module, our goal is simple: understand what eye SIM is and why it matters. [Pause] eye SIM gives leaders a way to orient amid complexity—letting them pause, notice, and choose RightACTION. [Pause] It’s really like pushing the “HOME” button.

We also briefly reference S-DISS-X, a rhythm of inquiry that animates eye SIM. [Pause] Think of ISIM as the framework, and S-DISS-X as the interaction process that fills it in. [Pause]

You’ll see a completed an eye SIM Navigator example linked in the video notes area—notice how SLOT, Identity, Intention, and Purpose integrate on a single page. [Pause] In our C-A-I Purpose Program, you’ll also meet the S-K Navigator, or S-K NAV in short, which is a digital tool where you enter your eye SIM data, and it dynamically visualizes your one-page map. [Pause]

In preparation for Module two: Use the template to complete your SLOT; twenty-five to fifty words each for strengths, limitations, opportunities, threats. [Pause] Bring your SLOT to the next session to build your identity. [Pause] Be sure to upload your S-K-P Data and ask AI to compute your SLOT based on that data, it’s a short-cut to analysis.

In summary: eye SIM is process and product. [Pause] It structures purpose, so leaders navigate chaos with clarity. [Pause] It integrates SLOT, Identity, Intention, and Purpose into a singular map—and will be your compass for purpose-centric leadership in the “eye of the storm.” [Pause]

Thank you for watching this video and be sure to like and subscribe. Our COACHING AI
programs run three times a year and can be customized for in-house teams and
organizations.

HeyGen Script – Module 1 (Optimized for videography)

Module 1 Script with Slide Outline

Slide 1 – Title

Module 1: ISIM Introduction – What It Is and Why It Matters
Welcome to Module 1 of Coaching AI. This session introduces ISIM—the Integrated
Strategic Intention Metasystem. ISIM is a core framework in Coaching AI: it helps
transform complexity into clarity, chaos into coherence, and overwhelm into direction.

Slide 2 – ISIM Overview

Definition: Integrated Strategic Intention Metasystem
ISIM integrates Self-Knowledge, Purpose-Centric Generative Leadership, and WELLTH
into a structured pathway: SLOT → Identity → Intention → Purpose. It is both a process
and a product—a one-page ISIM navigator that orients leaders and teams forward.

Slide 3 – Why ISIM Matters

Advice decays. Inquiry and structure endure.
Why does ISIM matter? In an accelerating AI world, advice decays. Coaching AI
guidance instead uses a structured way of noticing, clarifying, and aligning purpose to the
demands of Accelerating–Volatile–Uncertain–Complex & Ambiguous Culture,
Conditions, and Requirements—what we call @VUCA-CCR. ISIM uncovers what is
already present inside you and gives it objective shape and a clear pathway.

Slide 4 – SLOT Introduction

SLOT = Strengths • Limitations • Opportunities • Threats
The first step is SLOT. SLOT is not a SWOT; it is a developmental lens that roots
identity in reality. Here, there are no “weaknesses”—only limitations that can inform us
and be reformed through strengths. Once SLOT is objectified, often with the help of an
AI partner drawing from Self-Knowledge Portfolio (SKP) data, we move to Identity.

Slide 5 – Identity

Assumptions • Beliefs • Vision • Values • Principles

Identity is where assumptions and beliefs, vision, values, and principles are uncovered,
surfaced, and clarified.

Slide 6 – Intention

Strategic Directions • Key Success Factors • SCHMART Goals • Standards/Behaviors
Next comes Intention. Here, generativity emerges through strategic directions, key
success factors, SCHMART goals, and standards—concrete behaviors that translate
identity through causal design into practices.

Slide 7 – Purpose

Integrated Compass Statement (≤ 50 words)
Finally, Purpose emerges as a concise, dynamic statement integrating SLOT, Identity,
and Intention. Purpose is your compass for testing decision-making and evolves as
conditions shift. Purpose level must also match the level of task complexity, or problems
remain after applying necessary but insufficient solutions.

Slide 8 – Program Pathway

ISIM Navigator Journey: Module 1 → Module 13
In the Coaching AI Purpose Program, you and AI will construct your own ISIM
Navigator, or SK Navigator. Each module scaffolds one of the ISIM components. By
Module 13, you will hold a personalized ISIM reflecting who you are, what you value,
where you are going, and when to adapt.

Slide 9 – Why It Matters Now

Orienting amid Complexity – The “Home” Button
In this first module, the goal is simple: understand what ISIM is and why it matters. ISIM
gives leaders a way to orient amid complexity—letting them pause, notice, and choose
RightACTION. It is like pressing the “home” button.

Slide 10 – S:DISS-X Reference

ISIM = Framework • S:DISS-X = Interaction Process

We also briefly reference S:DISS-X—the rhythm of inquiry that
animates ISIM. Think of
ISIM as the framework, and S:DISS-X as the interaction process that fills it in.

Slide 11 – ISIM Navigator Example

One Page: SLOT • Identity • Intention • Purpose

You will see a completed ISIM Navigator example, showing how the components
integrate on a single page.

Slide 12 – SK Navigator / Digital Tool

Enter Data → Dynamic One-Page Map

You will also be introduced to the SK Navigator, a digital tool where you enter your
ISIM data and dynamically visualize your one-page map.

Slide 13 – Practice Assignment

Complete SLOT: 25–50 words each

Preparation for Module 2: Use the template to complete your SLOT—twenty-five to fifty
words each for strengths, limitations, opportunities, and threats. Bring your SLOT to the
next session to build your identity. Be sure to upload your SKP data and ask AI to
compute your SLOT based on that data—this is a shortcut to deeper analysis.

Slide 14 – Closing Summary

ISIM = Process + Product → Compass for Leadership
In summary: ISIM is both process and product. It structures purpose so leaders can
navigate chaos with clarity. It integrates SLOT, Identity, Intention, and Purpose into a
singular map—and becomes your compass for purpose-centric leadership in the eye of
the storm.
Thank you for joining Module 1. Coaching AI programs run three times a year and can
be customized for in-house teams and organizations.

Participant Guide – Module 1

Objectives

  • Understand ISIM as the Integrated Strategic Intention Metasystem.
  • Recognize the four components: SLOT, Identity, Intention, Purpose.
  • Notice how ISIM structures both process and product.
  • Explore how ISIM integrates SK, PCGL, and WELLTH.
  • Begin modeling your own ISIM with SLOT as the entry point.

Reflection Prompts

  • Do you notice ISIM reducing complexity into clarity?
  • Can you see how SLOT provides a grounded entry into Identity?
  • Where in your life or leadership do you see purpose waiting to be revealed?

Takeaways

  • ISIM is both a framework and a map.
  • It transforms chaos into coherence.
  • Every ISIM is unique and evolves with context.

SK NAV (Navigator)

The SK Navigator provides a structured digital template for data entry. Participants can input their assumptions, vision, values, and principles, along with strategic objectives, key success factors, and routines. The diagram automatically generates a one-page ISIM map, ensuring that identity, intention, and purpose are visually integrated. For CAI, this tool will serve as a working companion to the SK Navigator.

SK Navigator Example

The SK Navigator demonstrates how SLOT, IDENTITY, INTENTION, and PURPOSE can be articulated and integrated into the ISIM framework. Participants should use this as inspiration while building their own ISIM maps throughout the program.

AI Prompt for SKP Integration

Prompt: “Review my Self-Knowledge Portfolio (SKP) self-assessments. Construct my SLOT analysis (Strengths, Limitations, Opportunities, Threats) as a personal SLOT directly correlated to my SKP data. Once SLOT is complete, populate the IDENTITY portion of the SK Navigator with assumptions, vision, values, and principles derived from my results. Ensure alignment with ISIM structure.”

EXAMPLE: SK NAV: LEADING AI: 2025

CAI – SK + NAVIGATOR LAI Composite

ISIM Topic: Leadu’s PRIME ALGORHYTHM: SK² + PCGL² + WE = S²A w/ S:DISS-X

  • SK² (Self-Knowledge) = MAP × NAV (Identity & Intention).
  • PCGL² (Purpose-Centric Generative Living × Leadership).
  • WE (WELLTH) = Wellbeing + Enough.
  • S²A = Self × Situational Awareness.
  • S:DISS-X = Selective use of Dynamic Inquiry System Skills (PING, PROBE, PROMPT, PERMIT, PERTURB, PAUSE, PACE).

SLOT

Strengths

Strong philosophical foundations anchor the system: purpose is discovered, not imposed. Integration of SK, PCGL, and WELLTH provides a balanced model of leadership. Generativity serves as a north star, ensuring outcomes extend beyond self-interest. Clear developmental scaffolding (MHC 9–16) allows leaders to orient within complex environments while keeping communication layered by altitude.

Limitations

Adoption requires a steep learning curve, especially for leaders unfamiliar with hierarchical complexity or dynamic inquiry. Overemphasis on abstraction risks alienating those at lower levels of complexity (L9–L12). Practical integration of AI may challenge those hesitant to trust centaur workflows. The framework’s breadth may overwhelm without careful simplification and selective application.

Opportunities

Accelerating @VUCA-CCR environments create demand for leaders capable of inquiry and generativity. AI adoption enables centaur workflows, unlocking co-development potential between human purpose-machine capacity. Training and reflection rituals embed resilience, adaptability, and purpose orientation. Broad application in coaching, leadership, and organizational strategy using this model as a catalyst for transformative leadership futures.

Threats

Unchecked AI acceleration risks displacing leaders who fail to adapt. Misuse of frameworks without context-sensitive application could generate ‘flawed advice.’ Overcomplication without simplification undermines traction. Philosophical insights may be co-opted or diluted into generic leadership slogans. Resistance to sufficiency principles threatens WELLTH adoption in cultures driven by excess and perpetual growth.

IDENTITY

Assumptions & Beliefs

  • Purpose already exists in every person; the work is to uncover, not install, it.
  • Generativity—creating value beyond self-interest—is the north-star outcome.
  • AI is indispensable for remaining irreplaceable in modern leadership.
  • “Do NO Harm” is the first gate for every decision and design.
  • Capacity (pCc) and context (CCR) dictate RightACTION and timing.
  • Self-awareness emerges when SK + Generativity + WELLTH resonate as “enough.”
  • Human development follows a hierarchically complex path (MHC 9-16); most “humaning” happens at 9-12.
  • Inquiry is networked & combinatorial; no DISS skill is ever pure or isolated.
  • Philosophy frames technology (“Philosophy eats AI”); ethics precede optimisation.
  • AI–human evolution is co-developmental; centaur workflows are the new baseline.
  • Action must clear the IMULL triage (Importance, Motivation, Urgency, Leverage, Low-hanging fruit).
  • Guidance must be actionable and fit BDKS & CCR or it becomes “flawed advice.”
  • Identity emerges from a portfolio of personality data; AI can extrapolate intention.
  • Experiential learning styles (e.g., Kolb) shape how people adopt AI; meet them where they are.
  • Simplification prevents procrastination in complex processes.
  • Accelerated @VUCA makes dynamic inquiry & generative leadership non-optional.
  • Sufficiency before excess: WELLTH values “enough” over infinite growth.
  • Communication must be altitude-layered—clear for levels 9-12, deep for 13-16.
  • Early inquiry avoids premature context-setting (clear PING vs PROBE discipline).
  • Every system holds latent purpose; remove obstacles and it will surface.

Vision

We envision a world where self-aware leaders integrate AI, self-knowledge, and generativity to cultivate “Wellth-Enough” resources and meaning, for themselves and their communities, while modelling inquiry-driven, harm-reducing leadership that meets every person and system exactly where they are, unlocks latent purpose, and channels it toward regenerative impact.

Values (3–5)

  • Discovery-over-imposition
  • Ethical Generativity
  • Contextual Fit (meet people/AI where they are)
  • Sufficiency before excess
  • Continuous Learning & Unlearning

Principles (15)

  • Do NO Harm — ethical gate before every optimisation.
  • Purpose is discovered, not installed — unveil, don’t impose.
  • Self-awareness = SK + Generativity + WELLTH — three-legged stool.
  • Meet people / AI where they are — tune to capacity, style, and context.
  • Inquiry is networked & combinatorial — clarify context only after open inquiry.
  • Action must fit pCc, CCR & BDKS — otherwise it’s “flawed advice.”
  • Triage with IMULL , Importance, Motivation, Urgency, Leverage, Low-hanging fruit.
  • Communicate at altitude — MHC 9-12 for clarity, 13-16 for depth.
  • Simplify to enable traction — keep complexity digestible to curb procrastination.
  • Philosophy frames technology, ethics precede optimization (“Philosophy eats AI”).
  • Flourish through sufficiency, not endless growth — pursue “enough” first.
  • AI–human co-evolution is baseline — cultivate responsible centaur workflows.
  • Identity is data-informed — use SK + MAP & AI to surface intention with care.
  • Measure success by generativity — value created beyond self-interest.
  • Reflect, iterate, recalibrate, stay adaptive in accelerating @VUCA-CCR.
