Welcome everyone. This is Module 0: An Introduction to the Future of Purpose with AI.
The purpose of this session is to show that the way we run Coaching AI is itself a model of generative design. Please notice both the content and the mechanics of how we deliver, record, and repurpose this session — and help us improve the system which belongs to all of us.
Since this is the opening session, I want to frame why we are here. Coaching AI is not a light program. It is the most important work of your coaching and leadership life, in a world where the bell tolls for us all. This session is our threshold together.
I think a great way to lay the ground in the future of COACHING AI is something that I want to share that comes from Michael Levin speaking about his work which is hard to quantify as it’s wide-ranging and extremely prescient!

In an interview format, Dr. Levin is summarizing his thoughts from about 53.50 – end.

“I think the only thing I would end with is, uh, just the upshot of all of this. You know, this paper that I was writing, the upshot of all of it is two things. One is that I really think we need to, uh, develop that science of diverse intelligence to expand our built-in mind blindness, to recognize what I like to call our cognitive kin. You know, just the things that have nothing in common with us in terms of specific history, specific composition. What they have in common with us are the fundamental existential problems and needs of all minds, no matter what you’re made of or how you got here.
And I think we need to radically expand our ability to detect them, to understand them, to ethically relate to them, and so on. And in particular… to commit to a science and a philosophy approach that tries to get it right. So not to skew towards some kind of animism where, you know, I mean, we already have people that fall in love with bridges and the Eiffel Tower and things like this, right? So, not go into that direction and have these incredibly unbalanced relationships with systems that can’t reciprocate them, but also not go in the other direction and deny minds to systems that have them. Because humans are very good at that. They’re very good at painting these out-groups that aren’t quite as important as the rest of us, and that leads to terrible ethical lapses.
And if you think about what world would you rather live in—I mean, people bring this up all the time—”Oh, people are going to become nice to chatbots and then, you know, that’s a waste.” Okay, yeah, but which world would you rather live in? Would you rather live in a world where people inappropriately express kindness to things that don’t quite deserve it, or would you rather live in the world where people deny it to creatures that do? And I can tell you which one I think is way more dangerous.
So, I think we don’t want either of those. I think we want to try to get it right. But if you’re going to err on one side, you know, I have a pretty clear idea of which side I’d like them to err on.” – Dr. Michael Levin, Tuff’s University Research Lab

The SK+NAVIGATOR aligns your IDENTITY, INTENTION & EMERGENT PURPOSE as a compass for action.

This is the formulaic approach we use to emerge levels of purpose.
Purpose is not flat. It unfolds in levels.
Through ISIM, we surface those levels—formula by formula—so you can see not just what purpose is for you, but how it emerges, grows, and shifts over time.
When you combine this with your SK (squared) foundation—MAP × NAV—and the scaffolds of MPWTA and MITEAM in @VUCA-CCR, you see that purpose is not only discovered… it is constructed, revealed, and lived.
Before we move on, let me name the larger system.
Coaching AI does not stand alone.
COACHING AI has a sister program called LEADING AI, which focuses on leaders, systems, and strategy. This one—Coaching AI—focuses on purpose and practice.
Taken together, they do not simply add.
This is not one plus one equals two.
It is exponential. One plus one equals three-k.
That “k” is the kicker—the compounding effect that emerges when you explore leadership and coaching together in real time.
And there is a third leg of the stool: the Q and A program.
This is where you bring your hardest questions, your live challenges, your pushback, and where answers emerge at the edge of purpose and practice.
