Practival 2
Full Demo Exchange
PC = Person Helping
PBC = Person Being Helped
PC: are you ready for practical demo #2
PBC: Thought for a couple of seconds
Yes.
For Practical Demo #2, I’ll stay in the same mode:
Short conversation partner first.
No analysis during the exchange.
No over-explaining.
No forcing clarity.
When you say AAR, I’ll shift into review mode and produce:
S:DISS-X forms observed → IMULL read → RightACTION note → TPOVs surfaced → suggestions for improvement → APC source candidate.
Start the demo when ready.
PC: If you chose one important thing that would motivate you to take an important first step to realizing your goals… can you name it?
PBC: Thought for a couple of seconds
Yes. The important thing would be starting small enough that the first step is real, not idealized.
PC: … first step is real…?
PBC: Thought for a couple of seconds
Yes. Real means it can actually be done now, with the energy, attention, and conditions that are already available.
PC: What’s Important?
PBC: Thought for a couple of seconds
What’s important is finding a step that matches reality, not the version of me that has unlimited time, energy, or certainty.
PC: Can you explain?
PBC: Thought for a couple of seconds
Yes. It means the first step should fit the actual situation, not an imagined perfect one.
A real step is small, available, and doable without pretending there is more clarity, energy, or readiness than there really is.
PC: Is this about you?
PBC: Thought for a couple of seconds
No, not mainly. It is more about the pattern: the first step has to fit the actual person, moment, and conditions.
PC: Is this a good starting point for next time?
PBC: Yes. It is a good starting point.
The next session could begin with:
“What would make the first step real enough to take?”
That keeps the thread alive without overdeveloping it now. It also gives us a clean bridge from idealized action to RightACTION under actual conditions.
