Begin Your MySKP Journey

Identity on Purpose. Intention on Purpose. AI on Purpose.

SKP began at LeadU as the Self-Knowledge Program: a guided process for discovering and integrating key assessment insights. Today, MySKP also means My Self-Knowledge Portfolio: the portable, personalized self-knowledge substrate that helps you carry those insights into coaching, leadership, learning, relationships, AI use, and RightACTION over time.

Most people enter the age of AI by focusing on the tool.

At LeadU, we begin with the person using the tool.

That is why we created MySKP, your Self-Knowledge Portfolio.

MySKP is not just a set of assessments. It is not a label, a box, or a personality report. It is a portable self-knowledge substrate that helps you understand how you human: how you learn, decide, relate, respond, avoid, strive, recover, and become.

In an age where AI can generate answers faster than people can form better awareness, self-knowledge becomes protection. It helps you avoid being shaped only by noise, pressure, algorithms, urgency, or other people’s expectations.

MySKP helps you begin with Identity on Purpose and move toward Intention on Purpose.

You do not just use AI.

You learn how to bring yourself to AI with more clarity, restraint, and direction.

Why MySKP Matters

Most people are not short on information.

They are short on accurate self-understanding.

A person may know the outcome they want but not the motive underneath it. They may notice what they avoid but not the pattern being protected. They may feel frustration without recognizing the condition, strength, conflict style, learning preference, or readiness issue being activated.

Without self-knowledge, people often turn patterns into shame.

Without other-knowledge, people often turn patterns into blame.

MySKP changes the attribution.

It helps a person notice patterns before turning them into shame. A behavior may be a signal, not a defect. A resistance may be protecting something important. A lack of movement may reflect fit, timing, energy, attention, motivation, or readiness. A repeated conflict may be disclosing a pattern that has not yet been understood.

This is why MySKP is central to HAICU: Human-AI Concurrent Understanding.

HAICU is not just AI helping a person. It is a better contextual relationship between human and AI over time. MySKP gives that relationship a more accurate starting point.

MySKP and PA@LeadU

MySKP sits inside the current PA@LeadU canon.

PA@LeadU is the guiding (Algo)rhythmic frame authored by Mike R. Jay for Leadership University. It aligns the PRIME ALGORHYTHM with Human-AI concurrency so self-knowledge, purpose, and WELLTH can become Self × Situational Awareness through S:DISS-X for Braided SPARC Outcomes.

The current canonical expression is:

PRIME ALGORHYTHM:

SK² + PCGL² + WE = S²A w/ S:DISS-X for Braided SPARC Outcomes while HUMANING as RWAF using an (OPT)IMULL framework with MITEAM evoking RightACTION in CCR@VUCA environments.

In plain language, MySKP supports the first movement of the formula: SK².

It helps a person begin with Identity on Purpose and Intention on Purpose before AI begins shaping attention, choices, relationships, and action.

MySKP is not merely a report. It is a portable self-knowledge substrate. It helps a person, coach, leader, or AI agent hold a more accurate understanding of how that person humans across Culture, Conditions, and Requirements in accelerating VUCA environments.

This matters because purpose is not imposed from the outside. It is discovered, disclosed, accepted, tested, and acted on with fit.

MySKP helps distinguish:

pattern from label,
pressure from purpose,
fit from failure,
capacity from readiness,
motivation from compliance,
support from control,
explanation from excuse,
and RightACTION from premature action.

MySKP does not remove responsibility.

It improves responsibility by giving self-knowledge a safer, more accurate, and more useful place in human-AI collaboration.

What MySKP Includes

Our curated Self-Knowledge Portfolio draws from seven high-leverage assessment models:

Experiential Learning Profile / KELP
How you acquire, process, and integrate experience.
PDP ProScan
Your behavioral style, energy pattern, trait intensity, and leadership tendencies.
Reiss Motivation Profile / RMP
What deeply motivates you, what matters to you, and what may “choose you” before you consciously choose it.
IWAM
The worldview patterns and metaprograms that shape attention, language, motivation, and action.
Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument / TKI
Your default conflict strategies under tension and disagreement.
MBTI Step II
Your preference patterns, type dynamics, and how inner and outer attitudes shape perception and judgment.
CliftonStrengths
Your natural talents and where investment may produce stronger results.

Together, these assessments do not define you. They help you understand yourself with   precision.

They create a working portfolio of patterns that can support better learning, leading, loving, helping, and legacy.

MySKP Is Not Pigeonholing

This is important.

MySKP must never be used as a narrow profiling system.

A poorly held assessment can become a label:

“She is not motivated for this.”
“He is not suited for that.”
“They are too conflict avoidant.”
“She is not wired for leadership.”

That is not MySKP.

That is stereotype drift.

At LeadU, SKP data is used to increase options, not reduce the person.

A person’s pattern is not a prison.

A motive is not a verdict.

A preference is not a final limit.

A conflict style is not a character flaw.

A learning pattern is not a ceiling.

MySKP helps make room for better fit, better support, better pacing, better role design, and better RightACTION.

This is where HAICU becomes essential. With the right AI support, MySKP can help detect when interpretation is becoming too narrow. It can help distinguish pattern from label, fit from failure, and support design from exclusion.

MySKP and Enough

There is no universally correct ENOUGH.
There probably isn’t a universally correct amount of slack either.

That matters.

Because the moment we turn ENOUGH into a number, formula, or prescription, we have recreated the very problem we were trying to escape.

Save this much.
Work this many hours.
Own this little.
Keep this much time open.
Want less.
Slow down.
Be satisfied.

Those may be useful answers for someone.
They cannot be the answer for everyone.

A year’s income might represent enormous financial slack for one person and dangerous insufficiency for another.

Two unscheduled hours might be restorative in one situation and completely inadequate in another.

A strongly held identity might provide coherence during one period of life and become extraordinarily brittle when reality changes.

So perhaps ENOUGH isn’t an amount at all.

It is a relation.

A relation between what has us, what we have available, what matters, and what changing reality requires.

And because reality changes, ENOUGH must change with it.

That makes ENOUGH less about contentment and more about awareness.

What is ENOUGH here?
Enough for what?
Under which conditions?
At what cost?
Against what uncertainty?
In service of what?
And who or what is determining the answer?

That last question may be the most important.

Because our answers are rarely ours alone.

Family has a vote.
Culture has a vote.
Economics has a vote.
Our motives have a vote.
Fear has a vote.
Pleasure has a vote.
The future has a vote.
Purpose has a vote.
And increasingly, algorithms and AI have a vote.

The developmental challenge isn’t eliminating those influences.

It is becoming sufficiently aware of their relationship that none quietly becomes the entire government.

That is where Self × Situation becomes consequential.

The Self changes.
The Situation changes.
What has us changes.
What we have available changes.
And what reality requires changes.

So ENOUGH cannot be discovered once and permanently installed.

It has to remain in relation with reality.

The same is true of slack.

Too little slack and the unexpected jolt can determine what happens next.

Too much slack may become withdrawal from something worth doing.

The question is not how much slack is best.

It is what fits now.

Perhaps this is why no coach, assessment, expert, AI, employer, culture, or purpose framework can ultimately determine someone else’s ENOUGH.

They can provide evidence.
They can offer distinctions.
They can ask better questions.
They can help us notice what we cannot yet see.

But ENOUGH cannot be handed down as an answer.

Reality gets a vote.
Purpose gets a vote.
The person gets a vote.
None gets the vote alone.

That may be what it means to live ON PURPOSE in a world where the answer keeps changing.

MySKP as a Portable Self-Knowledge Substrate

A second brain may store what you know.

MySKP stores and develops what helps you know yourself.

That makes it portable.

You can bring MySKP into coaching, leadership, learning, relationships, health decisions, career design, AI use, and personal development.

Instead of starting from zero each time, you carry a living suitcase of self-knowledge with you.

That suitcase helps AI agents anticipate with more fit, restraint, and contextual continuity.

Not to control you.

Not to replace your judgment.

Not to make decisions without consent.

But to help you remember who you are, what matters, what patterns are active, and what kind of support may help you act on purpose.

Your Next Step

Collecting your MySKP data is the first move in building a more accurate relationship with yourself, others, and AI.

Once your assessment data is gathered, we help weave it into a personalized Self-Knowledge Portfolio that can support your own Generative Leadership Map.

The goal is not simply to know more about yourself.

The goal is to use self-knowledge wisely enough to create better self-awareness, better situational awareness, and better RightACTION.

That is the beginning of learning on purpose.

That is the beginning of leading on purpose.

That is the beginning of using AI on purpose.
