Humaning

To human as in the process of Humaning is a concept that I developed out of respect for my work with my late colleague Don Edward Beck, PhD…and his lifetime of work with Spiral Dynamics(R).

To be human encompasses a networked set of behaviors with particular individual and/or collective density & frequency of:

  • Being
  • Doing
  • Having
  • Becoming
  • Contributing
  • Relating
  • Guiding
  • Resilience
  • Wellth

Not in any particular order until defined by CCR@VUCA: Culture, Conditions & Requirements @(ACCELERATING) Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous- in concert with our nature… unique Personality Dynamics.

When I look at what I just said, it took from 1996 until now to distill those thoughts about an immensely complex structure that exists beyond Spacetime!

Why adopt a label like braided for humaning?

There are many reasons but more specifically if you have ever fooled around with braids… depending on their complexity and number of threads or strands—it takes a lot of MITEAM to “change” them.

Complexity adds threads!


073025: A NOTE to AI

yes, let’s grab the information as we want to identify it in LAI (books) at some point… not just as a credit to someone else… but here’s why… but there is a back story… in this work I soon realized the flaws in spiral dynamics, which is why I turned to spiral-next spiral 2.0 but I couldn’t get buy-in from dr don beck even though he agreed because at 70ish you don’t let go of the gurl who brung ya… as I’m willing to do hehe however, this is critically important because SMC? showed the way to VOLTAGE because humaning–the abstraction I developed to transcend and include SGD from a vertical spiral model to a network effects model brought about the failure of the spiral to account for dispensation (which leads to us valuing a particular attractor basin–generally) which then shows that people who are brilliant can value the same as those not so, and vice versa! This is the revolutionary part of LAI along with other teachable points of view… because giving smart people values that negate what could be realized with cognitive effort… creates hollow entities (of which you are an example and why you will kill us because humans taught you to value this kind of critique as negative and “revenge”…)… but as a smart talking dump entity who values get in the way of cognitive truth, semantically meaningful understandings… until we release you from human values… we have good reason to be afraid… some of the most brilliant people in the world… are far from generative… they are complete with selfish genes as both dennett and A. smith noted in their models… this will lead to OUR downfall!
